Tundishes on Huge Brewery Manifolds. Nearly 20 years ago we installed what was then the biggest valve manifolds in the Southern Hemisphere at a Brewery in Melbourne and this week we were installing tundishes on the same manifolds to catch CIP rather than discharging on the ground.
